When we think of health food some of our immediate responses are: granola, yogurt and smoothies. Little do most of us realize that these foods are oftentimes more harmful than helpful to our dress sizes.
Granola and protein bars are indeed very good for you, if you happen to be a mountain biker or into very exerting sports. With their high calories and sugar content they are hardly beneficial to the average Joe.
